Academic Success Coaching

Academic Success Coaching supports students at all classifications as they navigate academic requirements, explore majors and career interests, and develop clear pathways to degree completion.

Coaches partner with students to:

  • Establish collaborative coaching relationships grounded in trust and accountability

  • Support reflection on strengths, learning strategies, and academic habits

  • Clarify academic and career goals and develop actionable plans

  • Strengthen problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Promote personal responsibility, resilience, and sustained progress toward degree completion

University Support Program

The Center also administers the University Support program for students on University Support Standing. This program provides structured coaching and academic recovery planning designed to foster self-advocacy, skill development, and successful return to good academic standing.

Through an integrated coaching framework, the Center equips students with the skills, confidence, and strategies necessary to thrive academically and professionally.
